StudioStashr is not an AI art generator.
Turn AI-assisted features off at any time.
AI is used for specific utility tasks.
AI information is a draft. You decide what belongs.
AI systems use real computing resources and energy. Manual workflows continue to work normally when AI is turned off.
When you intentionally use extraction, selected product images or relevant saved Supply reference images may be sent to OpenAI. StudioStashr requests those extraction responses with storage disabled. Always review important AI-generated details.
StudioStashr includes ways to keep copies of your information outside the service. Full backups are prepared securely and remain available for a limited time.
Beta limitation: Restore/import is not yet available. Keep independent copies of irreplaceable photos and records.
Paint, surfaces, inks, mediums, brushes, drawing materials, textiles and fibers, tools and accessories, and other supplies. Each type can store information suited to it.
Yes. On your phone, check what you own, review brands, colors, quantities and swatches, and check your reorder list before buying more.
Your existing records are not automatically deleted. If a category is above the Free limit, you can still view, search, edit, delete, back up, and export the information you already have. You just can’t add new records in that over-limit category until you reduce it below the Free limit or return to Studio. You do not need to remember to export before downgrading — backup and export remain available afterward, including for data that exceeds the Free limits.
Yes. Create structured JSON backup data, a readable XLSX spreadsheet, and a full ZIP containing your backup data, spreadsheet, and saved images.
Not yet. Export and full backups are available, but user-facing restore/import is intentionally deferred during beta.
Yes. Account deletion is available inside the application and permanently removes the account and associated data according to StudioStashr’s retention and privacy policies.
When you choose an AI-assisted extraction, StudioStashr sends the selected product photo — or relevant saved Supply reference images — to OpenAI only so it can analyze the extraction you requested. StudioStashr does not use OpenAI as a place to store or archive your photos, and the extraction response is configured not to be stored for later retrieval. The suggested information is returned to you for review before you decide what to save.
Yes. It is a starting point, not an authoritative record. Review pigment codes, lightfastness, product names, safety information, sizes, and quantities.
No. It is in Foundational Beta. The core studio system works, but it will continue to be tested and refined through real creative workflows.
Signed-in users can use Quick Bug Report. Include what you tried, what happened instead, and approximately when it happened.
